  • Selfie Spot Contest
    • Draw Winner – Sarah Osmundson

  • Crazy Days After Action Report
    • What went well – time length, good amount of turnout.
    • Discuss vendors in the park – if not Chamber members, how do we handle?
      • Add a $35 booth fee (half of dues amount) for non-members for each event that Chamber/Merchants holds. For all booths that are selling a product, even the classes/non-profits.  Would not be charged if a shop invited a vendor into their store during the event.
    • Shopping Survey Results Action Items
      • Review “did you know” article (see attached) – Approved to Print
      • Review set of resources for merchants to use, as they consider actions for their specific industries. – Dina to pull together and post on website.
        • Customer Service Training at employee level
        • Bear Paw customer and business training resources
        • PhillCo for new or extending businesses

  • Star Gazing Event Planning
    • Dina to get flyer out and advertise
  • Confirm Date for Parade of Lights
    • Oct 26 confirmed
    • Dina to get event insurance in place and notify the city
    • Dina to start getting scrip list finalized and sent to Moore’s to print
